Will be over hyped and filled with fanboys. Avoid it like the plague.

It'll be utter trash.

Bethesda has NEVER done a multiplayer game, let alone an MMO. THEY. WILL. FUCK. UP.

They'll just retexture WoW. Like everyone else does. Sure, it'll be a huge world, but you know what'll be missing that the singleplayers games have?

The huge modding community dedicated to fixing what Bethesda screws over.

tl;dr: Bethesda should stick to single player, moddable games.

You sure have a point there Beetus. However, if they do this right then there could be a lot of different ways for Bethesda to still keep the old singleplayer feeling with moding, and the new mutiplayer feeling.

It all depends on what server system they end up using and how much they'll listen to the players when adding patches.

It'll be hard for them, but I still reckon it'll be better then WoW tho.

Ok that was a let down. So Bethesda is planing to go for a typical MMO, instead of keeping what has made their RPG's unique. I mean they will probs still have their unique world, races and story.
But lay it out as, for example, WoW or any other MMO. Which is a bit sad when all their other games has been so different in many ways to all other games of similar type.
TES isnt all about the moding community, even tho its a massive part of it.
I still reckon they will be able to pull it off.

However, I really hope they dont change the combat layout, and dont use button abilities like the rest have.
If they keep this, the typical wont be as typical anymore and it can still rise to a semi-unique level.

And also, from the beginning of the elder scrolls games there have been a lot of promising stuff that could be used in an MMO, for example their unique dungeons and their quests. And with all TES games combined, i feel that nothing can go wrong, except maybe the loss of players due to the moding, which I hope they will still use in some way or another.

(grammar fails me, which leads to missleading sentences...)
